It is made up of three wood turned pieces plus a spool and flounce disc.
It is sold in singles for $4.95, with complete instructions 
to make the style of tassel shown here... Yarn wrapped and netted top with a mini tassel overskirt. Looks complicated and expensive, but it's just a few basic methods used together. Great for "glamming up" an armoire or dresser.

Top can also be painted, stained or decoupaged.
