You can twist the yarn to make bullion and slide the mini-tassel into position at the bottom twist.

This diagram uses all four combs. Each row of dots is a comb. Place the combs in each groove of the base and follow the diagram.

If you purchase an extra set of combs it
will enable you to make an overskirt or
variable length fringe the full width
of the board.
