You can twist
the yarn to make bullion and slide the mini-tassel into
position at the
bottom twist.
This diagram uses
all four combs. Each row of dots is a comb tooth.
Place the combs in each groove
of the base and follow the diagram.
If
you purchase an extra set of combs, only $8.95, it will enable
you to make an overskirt or variable length fringe the full length of the board.
