Instructions:
1. Small Angel:
Make 5" of fringe with combs 3" apart using a single strand
of Luster Sheen.
2. When you remove fringe from Tassel Magic board, steam.
3. Apply a thin coat of white tacky glue to taped fringe and roll up (do
not use straw). Squeeze top edge between fingers to form triangle. Let
dry.
4. Spray angel wings both sides with gold paint. Cut the outside feathers
off to make smaller wings.
5. Sand the back of the angel head so the glue will adhere.
6. Glue top of rolled fringe to the back of the angel.
7. Fold fabric wings in half and glue over the top of the fringe at the
back of the angel's head. Squeeze the wings together over top of the fringe
to cover, creating a "pyramid", closed at the top. Use the clip
from the Tassel Magic kit to hold the top closed until the glue dries.
